I ordered Germon L on the 14th of July 2021. It was supposed to be sent with DHL, but instead it was sent by DPD. The courier from DPD didn't ring my doorbell. Eventually I had to go to a gas station to collect it. It was extremely wrapped with plastic and inside was a carton box from an Italian washing powder brand. Inside that box I found the bottle that was extremely wrapped. I took off the wrapping and I discovered a damaged bottle that was only filled with 1/8 of a liquid. The rest of the liquid was hardly within the wrapping or box. This is not normal and very suspicious. It's so hard to get this product. I have paid the correct amount of money and I have spent lots of money on the shipping... and than I get this damaged product of which I think is most likely filled with something else. It looks like it's filled with some washing up liquid. I asked for a total refund, but didn't get it. I am extremely disappointed. I am a correct customer. I have a highly valuable collection of plants and I want to receive the highest possible quality of products and I am prepared to pay for it. It saddens me that so many people aren't correct anymore. If people pay the right amount of money for their products they should receive them in perfect mint condition. I am literally in shock. I will ask my close plant friends on Facebook if they have ever bought from this store. Because, this is not normal at all!!! I am so disappointed and furious. The manufacturer told me that this seller sells extremely old bottles. And he will get a warning from them. He is ruining the image of L. Gobbi. The very old bottles have a red lid. The seller has a picture of a new bottle with a white lid on his e-Bay account, but in reality he sells old plant growth bottles of Germon L with a red lid. Not sure if he only does it to foreigners or if he also scams Italians. I don't recommend buying from him.

Ho ordinato un passapomodori Leonardi manuale SP5 il 29 maggio per 119E +17E spedizione in Grecia. Dopo alcuni scambi di email poco professionali, il prodotto e' stato spedito all'indirizzo italiano che compariva sull'email, benche' avessi confermato la necessita' che fosse spedito in Grecia come da ordine. In seguito alla procedura di complaint aperta con Paypal il negozio mi ha contattata proponendo di ritirare l'oggetto e rispedire in cambio della chiusura del complaint. Data la scortesia del mio interlocutore ho rifutato l'offerta e tuttavia chiuso la procedura con Paypal che non era stata di alcun aiuto. Ignorando il mio rifiuto Il rivenditore ha ritirato comunque l'oggetto da chi in mia vece lo aveva ricevuto. Un mese dopo non ho ricevuto alcuna altra comunicazione scritta o telefonica dal rivenditore, ne' l'oggetto pagato o restituzione della somma pagata. Pessimo servizio: meno di 0 vorrei dire....
